Each of our customers is assigned a personal Library Service Representative responsible for day-to-day communication with library personnel. Correspondence, telephone calls, and claims should be directed to your Library Service Representative who is, in effect, working for your library. Your Representative is a highly trained, motivated, and responsible person whose reliability is an asset to your staff. Your Representative has computerized access to your open and closed orders; most inquiries are researched through this online database. Our office and warehouse are in one location. If a question arises which cannot be answered through on-line access, your Representative will research the problem in our operations/warehouse area.
